Jake and I were engaged about 3 months after he got home and married 3 months after that. We had a beautiful October 5th wedding! Jakes grandfather Roy who is a sealer in the Chicago temple sealed us. What a beautiful day! We had a beautiful reception at The Grand Ballroom and really enjoyed our whole wedding day. It was a little bitter-sweet after all of the planning to have the day go by so quickly but we have lots of great memories! The Honeymoon.........what an adventure. We got to the airport and we were told they had changed flight plans and our plane had left about 2 hours earlier. We changed our tickets from flying to San Diego to L.A. and ended up going to Disney Land! It really was a lot of fun and kind of funny to have to be calling and changing our reservations the morning we were flying out.
